Request crawl space help
If water is standing under the house or a floor feels unsafe, call. For musty smells, vapor barriers and humidity, a request is fine and a local company will call you back.
Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address and town, so the request goes to a company that covers your part of the Wiregrass
- What you've noticed: odor, wet or fallen insulation, water under the house, torn plastic or a soft floor
- Whether the crawl space is vented or already sealed, if you know
- Any recent storm or tree damage to the house
- If you're buying, selling or on military orders, your inspection or closing deadline
